Meathead's Memphis Dust

This is recipe is half of the original because, although the rub apparently keeps well, I'm not likely to be doing large quantities of ribs in the near future.
Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons ground ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoons dried rosemary, ground into a powder in a pestle and mortar
Instructions
  1. Combine in a bowl and then transfer to a shaker.
