This is recipe is half of the original because, although the rub apparently keeps well, I'm not likely to be doing large quantities of ribs in the near future.
Ingredients
6 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
6 tablespoons white sugar
¼ cup paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoons ground ginger powder
1 tablespoons onion powder
1 teaspoons dried rosemary, ground into a powder in a pestle and mortar
Instructions
Combine in a bowl and then transfer to a shaker.
