Dry Rub for Pulled Pork/Pork Butt

This has the ingredients doubled up from the Chris Lilly original recipe for pork shoulder. It also has the salt removed as that goes on earlier in the dry brining.
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4.5 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder (I used ancho chili powder)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
