Dry rub for pork ribs

Ingredients
  • 10 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • (2 teaspoons kosher salt - I left this out as my ribs were dry brined)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder - I used ancho chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram - I thought I had some of this but it turns I didn't. I put extra oregano and parsley in
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well and squish the lumps out.
