Dry rub for pork ribs

Serves: 1 cup
- 10 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- (2 teaspoons kosher salt - I left this out as my ribs were dry brined)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder - I used ancho chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried marjoram - I thought I had some of this but it turns I didn't. I put extra oregano and parsley in
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well and squish the lumps out.
